I like to play with my food.
I like to be childlike.
And May 5th and 6th I’ll be playing in a steller event called Play Grounds: Theater on Site.
Jason Mundok and Steve Carlson, the same fine folks who produced 24 Hour Plays last year, keep turning the “make stuff happen” wheel for the artistic community in central Pennsylvania. Engaging writers, technicians and actors, Mundok and Carlson take their work to the streets. Literally.
Locations chosen.
Plays written.
Actors cast.
Tomorrow night we meet for our first rehearsal.
I. Can’t. Wait.
Hope you can make it to the Lancaster ArtWalk May 5 and 6 to enjoy this and the rest of the local creative flair.
If you can’t make it (or even if you can), feel free to help to contribute on the Kickstarter page for Play Grounds: Theater on Site.
Thanks for the shout out, Andrew. And I’m really excited that you’re involved. This is going to be a fantastic project.
Working on lines this afternoon!
That sounds amazing! Hopefully you’ll be posting some video from the big event, so we geographically-challenged folks can see some of it as well!
This looks so cool!!! I live in San Diego so can’t go. Hopefully you will share you experience after it has happened.
Hey Dan!
I’ll do a little review afterward, and (like Scott said above) maybe even a video is possible.
So excited for you! And so envious. But only in a good way!
It’s truly going to be an awesome experience!
Maybe you can have woodstovehouse produce one in your community?!?
